well today I'm thinking about the Bauhaus exhibit i saw yesterday at the moma. went the last day, should have gone earlier-- wish i had more time to look at all the stuff.
loved the textiles from anni albers and gurta stolzl
loved the color wheels, and the thoughts about color gradients
loved the abundance of primary colors, .. the super saturation,
loved the (to me) not pretentious color blocking-- how it all melded, but then didn't -- you could see the color and shape thoughts behind it.
so on these notes, here's my bauhaus inspired design. i do a lot of the melding but non melding color striping, so i thought i'd bring it to an extreme -- haha. which is nothing new.
