finally saw all of 'the shining' yesterday -- had seen bits and pieces of it before- but in its ...wholeness --- damn. such a crazy movie.

the colors tho, and the shots -- just from a visual aspect -- from the now vintage color scheme appeal and graphic nature, mixed with the winter bleakness -- that bland + color pop = a perfect collection. i'd love to do a scene by scene winter collection concept. -- each scene, more or less, = a look.
